Mid-Summer Night's Dream
02.11.04 (3:07 am) [edit]
Have you ever heard of a story called Mid-Summer Night's Dream, to me it was the hardest story to understand in my life :o .
And I'm going to tell you some of it.
But try to read it once, no repeating ok?
Just try!
Here I go...
Hermia is ordered by Egues, her father to marry Demetrius. Hermia doesn't love Demetrius, she loves Lysander. Demetrius used to love Helena but know loves Hermia, Helena stills loves Demetrius.
By Athenian law, the duke, Thesis gives Hermia 4 days to marry Demetrius. If she refuses she will either face death or nunery(become a nun).
Hermia and Lysander decide to runaway to a place the Athenian law cannot touch them. They decide to go to the forest. Before going they tell Helena their plans(...WHY!!!) so that Helena might have a chance to win Demetrius back when Hermia is gone. Helena tells Demetrius about Hermia and Lysander's plan about running away( :?: ) Demetrius pursues Hermia, Hermia follows Lysander and Helena follows Demetrius...
Thats all I remember..sorry :(
So was it confusing???
